Timemore Crystal Eye Dripper V02 (PCTG) turns a classic V‑cone into a jewel‑bright brewer whose three‑layer “crystal” ribs make pour‑over easier, faster, and sweeter - whether you’re dialling in at home or brewing in the back‑country.
Tri‑Layer Flow Control: Sealing, Injection, and Grounds zones steer water from bloom to draw‑down, locking the paper in place, spreading the pour evenly, then accelerating flow for uniform extraction and zero bypass.
Fast, Forgiving Draw‑down: Deep vertical ribs and widened exit channels keep the bed breathing, so stalls are rare and cups turn out round and sweet even with coarser grinds or imperfect pours.
Crystal‑Clear PCTG: BPA‑free Tritan PCTG delivers glass‑like clarity, shatterproof toughness, and heat stability above 100 °C - watch the bloom without worrying about broken glass.
V02 Capacity for Sharing: Sized for 20–30 g of coffee (2–4 cups) and compatible with any 02‑style cone filter - Hario, Cafec, or Timemore’s own Crystal Eye papers.
Lightweight: Under 90 g with a removable silicone‑footed stand, it packs flat, shrugs off drops, and perches securely on any mug or server.
Rinse‑Clean Convenience: Smooth inner walls and a detachable base let spent filters lift out clean and the dripper wipe spotless in seconds - no tiny ridges to trap fines.

I was fooled in thinking this was a glass filter. In a hurry and didnt realize it was light weight plastic. Opps!
The glass is thick and is a well made product. The only improvement would be to add a handle. The glass cracked yesterday when I rinsed the cone with water. Did not expect that and maybe I'm to blame. Would have liked a warning though.
Great looking pour over glass. The flutes on the side help keep the filter nice and stuck, although you’d be hard pressed to find generic ones that fit as well as the ones included. With that said, I haven’t had any issues making pour over, even without a carafe, directly into a larger mug. Sits pretty well on just about anything and the drip is steady, assuming you have the correct grind, etc. I’m a bit of a sucker for packaging and the box this came in was lovely and even had some embossing on it. I especially liked the little lock flap that opened at a diagonal instead of directly perpendicular to the box so you didn’t accidentally tear it open or damage the box when opening. Just some great attention to detail here to go along with the elegant design of the funnel itself.
This is an alternative to the standard V60 style dripper by Timemore. The size is equivalent to an 01 but there is no problem using 02 papers. The cone has 2 sections, the first ridges are for the coffee. It is made for 15g of coffee and that amount hits the line where the ridges change. I used the standard 4:6 method for brewing method and had no issues doing so, even with the smaller cone size. You have to be somewhat aware not to go too much over the top though. The cone itself is a very thick glass and the shape is very similar to the other clear glass cones on the market. It works in the Switch with no issue but it is a little less snug that the OEM dripper. Standard papers fit well in it. The plastic base is very snug and wide enough for a lot of pitchers and mugs. Overall this is a nice dripper that preforms well and looks great. I have gotten good cups of coffee with this and it looks robust enough to survive a fall or two. It will absorb quite a bit of heat, so preheating is really beneficial to the cup like any other glass or ceramic dripper. Recommended!
